Carlin/White Associates was engaged to provide extensive interior architectural services in order to convert an existing four story office building for bank use.

The ground floor was re-designed as a banking lobby, including a new steel vault and connection to a new drive-in bank.  The second floor was designed and furnished as customer services and accounting offices, and the fourth floor designed for executive offices.

In order to meet their time frame, as well as to control the budget, the client also engaged Carlin/White to provide construction management services to expedite the construction process.
