In most cases, Carlin/White Associates is not only engaged to design the shell of a commercial building, but is retained to provide commercial interior design and tenant design services.

While much of the firm's work centers around commercial interiors coupled with their overall design of office buildings, hotels, condominiums, and other public spaces, they have, over time, developed a broad vocabulary for the design of all types of interiors.

The black granite entry lobby of the 1800 Bering office building in Houston is an excellent example of commercial interior design, and one that continues to hold it's classic look.
