Carlin/White Associates has developed an extremely cost effective one-story, multi-tenant design for medical office facilities.  Medical professional buildings are a specialty of the firm, and one in which Carlin/White differentiates itself from other architectural firms.

Currently, two medical professional office complexes are in progress: one located in Houston, and another in Atascocita, just northeast of Houston.  Both projects were designed with Texas Children's Hospital as an anchor tenant.

What differentiates Carlin/White from other architectural firms that specialize in medical professional buildings is that their design approach focuses on the economics of the medical complex that make the projects financially successful.

As a result, our project construction costs are considerably lower than in projects designed by architectural firms that specialize in expensive, institutional facilities such as hospitals and nursing homes.  In addition to project financial success, this also contributes to lower medical office overhead.
