These mixed-use projects range from office/retail complexes to multi-use developments consisting of numerous office buildings, retail space, medical care facilities, health clubs, and hotel facilities to master-planned, large scale land planning and development.

The Stonemark project illustrates a 300 acre multi-use development located on Memorial Parkway.  This large scale land development project consisted of single family lots, condominium units, multi-family units, and retail shopping center fronting the main highway.

Project amenities included controlled access, a community center with tennis courts, pool, adult spa and children's recreation area.

Carlin/White Associates was responsible for all project and land planning, project design and construction administration. 

Special services were provided to assist the City of Huntsville in developing a new slope ordinance, which was adapted by the city as the standard used for all future developments.
