Carlin/White Associates designs a wide range of building
types, which include a number of hotels, primarily for Hilton
Hotels Corporation, probably the most recognized name in the
global lodging industry.
The hotel illustrated here, the Denver Hilton, is a good
example of of design work done for Hilton Hotels.
Located in the prestigious Denver Technical Center, this
project's focal point was a grand atrium with a swimming pool
offering guests a year-round green environment.
With 320 rooms and 35,000 square
feet of guest amenities, the Hilton is a must stay destination
in Denver.
Because of the hotel's location, there
were numerous governing authorities with project jurisdiction,
which required timely orchestration and coordination to satisfy
all project requirements.
Designing a wide variety of projects has over time added to
the experience and skill that Carlin/White brings to each new
project that it undertakes.
In business, innovation often
occurs when one industry borrows methods and processes from an
unrelated industry. Likewise, specific building
characteristics and technologies can often be applied from
projects of an unrelated nature in ways that can save time,
add value or simply create a better, or more cost effective
design. Carlin/White's range of experience gives its
clients added value in the services that it provides.
